Payment is due on the day of service, after your cleaning is completed. You may pay with a check at the time of service. Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If our cleaning service did not meet or exceed your expectations please contact us immediately so we can make it right for you. Your check will not be processed until we are assured that you are happy with the services you received.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a cleaning service appointment you must contact us before 5pm on the business day before your cleaning appointment to avoid incurring a cancelation fee. You may use our contact form, call us at 206-387-3108, or email to reschedule or cancel. Cleaning appointments canceled after 5pm on the business day before service will incur a charge of 50% of the estimated cleaning fee. For example, if your cleaning appointment is on a Tuesday, you must contact us before 5pm on Monday to reschedule or cancel to avoid a cancelation fee. If your cleaning appointment is on a Monday you must contact us before 5pm on Friday to reschedule or cancel to avoid a cancelation fee. If your cleaning service is scheduled for the day after a holiday you must contact us by 5pm on the business day before the holiday to reschedule or cancel to avoid a cancelation fee.
Payment is due on the day of service. A late fee of 15% is applied to any payment which more than 14 days past due.
